Changes in group size require adjustments in space, but this often doesn’t happen in practice because partition gates are heavy and therefore inconvenient. This task is frequently postponed and eventually neglected.
The Spinder Track offers the perfect solution for this. The system is designed in such a way that the available space can be quickly and easily adjusted to the changing needs of the herd, without heavy lifting. The Track makes it simple to adjust the number of available feeding places or cubicles according to the group size, thereby enhancing cow comfort.
Group layout on a roll
The Spinder Track uses a sturdy rail system that is easily installed in the barn. The height at which the rail is mounted ensures it doesn’t interfere with other barn activities. The rails are supported every 3.5 meters, providing a stable base for the Track. The partition moves smoothly thanks to rollers that glide along the rails, allowing effortless repositioning.
The Spinder Track can be securely fixed at the desired spot with a practical pin lock.
Telescopic for Easy Passage
The Spinder Track is equipped with a telescopic gate consisting of 3 tubes. This telescopic gate is available in two different lengths: from 200 to 300 cm and from 250 to 400 cm.
The maximum width of the Track is 4 meters, with a maximum passage width of 1.5 meters. This design allows both cows and the dairy farmer to pass through effortlessly.

Rail system: On both the cubicle and feeding gate sides, extendable every 3.5 meters
Rollers and gate suspension: The nylon rollers ensure the gate moves effortlessly along the rails
Slider telescopic gate: Can be secured with a universal locking point
