Simple but strong, these are the Baseline self-locking feed fronts. Fitted with the closed upper section with hidden locking mechanism, as is a characteristic feature of Spinder. Only the push button for releasing the locked-up cow sticks out from the top of the profile. No parts where collars can be caught!
Available for large stock as well as for heifers, young stock and calves. Various feeding place widths and matching heights. This allows the animals to get used to the feed front from an early age. Fitted with the Spinder plastic movable bar stopper; nice and quiet, and with a drop pin in the catching bar to prevent the catching of the collars.
The central operating handle allows you to open or close the feed front up to 30 m in one move.
The Baseline self-locking feed front is available in various sections:
The standard length of a feed front section is 325 cm. However, several sizes are available, depending on the desired number of feed openings and the feeding place width.
By combining feed front sections and attachments, almost all truss sizes can be effectively filled in.
Mounting to the 2 1/2" support posts is done with the universal fasteners. It is possible to increase the length of a feed front section by 5 cm and if this is not sufficient, Spinder have longer fastening parts available.
By mounting a so-called hinge assembly, any feed front section can be turned into a rotating gate. The locking mechanism of a rotating feed front is operated separately.
